Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Staying here with my family was enjoyable overall. Our Master Suite was spacious, and the kitchen came in handy for meals. Loved the convenient location! We had some hiccups with missing bathroom amenities, frustrating after a long flight. A suggestion, ensure to check the room before arrival!

Hotel was quiet and incredible, we greatly enjoyed this place.
Breakfast was amazing, outstanding views, magnificent location near the top business areas of Mexico, local restaurants, bars and shopping in Polanco and Ciudad de Mexico. Very welcoming staff in a courteous manner and the room was big. Everything was simply perfect.

Nice hotel but very difficult to find, even the taxi driver had trouble (take a detailed map!). My rooms air conditioning didn't work very well. The receptionist loaned me a fan for the first night. After complaining again I was assigned another room with working air. The wireless internet was not very good, some floors (such as the floor my room was on) could not connect. I was told to try other floor signals and finally connected at a very weak signal. Be warned...the rooms on the back of tower ii are located on a very busy and noisy street. Overall a good hotel with minor problems.

Request extra toiletries upon arrival for a smoother start to your stay, as they might not be readily available in your room.

This was a brand new hotel. I enjoyed the space and the contemporary design of the room. I had two flat screen LCDs which made it very convenient to watch TV even from bed. The shower room is one of the best I've seen in any hotel, period.
Breakfast was okay but they had very limited choices and it was the same every day. If you ran out of water or kitchen supplies, it was an issue as there were no close shops around and the hotel had very limited supplies and they cost money. The kitchen was not available 24/7. You had to order out almost every time.

Good location & clean.
Too much noise outside in the early morning. Asked for a car service for 3 from the airport to the hotel. Car was not prepared to pick 3 of us up, and parked at terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. We had to take a bus at additional cost to the other terminal. This added additional time to our travel and was not convenient. It would have been easier to just catch a cab at the airport. I am seriously considering staying at the w hotel on my next business trip.

Clean, contemporary design, bit minimalistic - concrete and wood, and glass. Every suite (large room split in two areas - bed and living) has small fully equipped kitchen for those who wants make their own food. Internet works pretty well in all hotel areas, videocalls (skype) to Eurpe works well. Room had large water bootle and two nespresso capsule for free.
Nespresso machine inside room 203 was not working. Be carefull - power outlets under the table are switched off by one of many light swiches - so if you want to charge your phone overnight you should verify that they have power after you turn lights down. Drinks (coffee) for braekfast are paid additionally.

This hotel was a great fit for shopping in Mexico City with good value. The kitchenette in the room was really handy for storing leftovers from local restaurants. Bring earplugs if your room faces the highway because it can get really loud!
